<Device Pickup> 1. Airport Pickup： Taoyuan Airport (TPE) : The counters are located at the lobby of Terminals 1 and 2. Service time: 00:00~24:00 everyday. <Device Return> Please return your Wi-Fi router before entering the security area. If the counter is closed please use the drop box. If you forget to return it, you will have to mail it to us via international courier (and provide tracking within 3 days after the return day), otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. Please contact us asap. <Device lost and damage> When you pick up the device a NT$4000 deposit will be processed with your credit card as a hold. If you loss or damage the Wi-Fi device there is a replacement charge of NT$4000. Plugs, cable and pouch has a replacement cost of NT$100 per each. If those items are missing, we will charge it from the deposit. <Cancel policy> There is no refund if you cancel less than 72 hours before the start of the pick up date or no-show.
